Orders may only be cancelled if the request is sent within 12 hours of purchase, or before the order is shipped.

We do not offer refunds or returns once the product is shipped.
If an order arrives damaged or there’s a significant issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
